Theoretical course includes highly specialized items, namely:
- "Traffic Laws"
- "Fundamentals of Traffic Safety"
- "First Aid"
- "Legal and other regulations in force in the field of road traffic"
- "General structure and operation of the car."
 
Teaching is both traditional and modern means of education, such as computer programs, tests, etc. The training process is completed final exams and the issuance of state certificate. Students who have completed the full program and made the final exams are sent to the examination division of GAI, which completes the course.
 
The duration of the full course of study:
Study - evening (17-18 h. - Theory).
Duration of the training course - 2,5-3 months, depending on the time of year and other factors.
