November 25, 2014 came into force the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning the definition of final beneficiaries of legal entities and public figures" (hereinafter - the Law), which regulated the duty of disclosure of ultimate beneficiaries of legal entities.
This law established the obligation to file the state registrar of ultimate beneficiaries and founders of the legal entity to May 25, 2015
 
For breach of disclosure Act provides the following responsibilities to the company officials, "entails the imposition of the head of the legal entity or person authorized to act on behalf of the entity (executive body), a fine of three hundred to five hundred untaxed minimum incomes" ( ie from 5100 to 8500 USD).
